Greenwich Reach, a former brownfield site, is located a few hundred metres up river from the Cutty Sark and will provide some 6.6 acres of developable land which is set to boast the most stunning river views on three sides of the development.

Greenwich Reach, once completed, will provide approximately 980 homes to include one, two and three bedroom luxury apartments.  The scheme will also include an element of upmarket retail and commercial space.
