After the rental guarantee period agreed what happens to my property?

 

A: Towards the end of the Rental Guarantee we will liaise with you to ensure the Tenant currently in place meets with your approval from a financial standpoint. Equally, you might want to move into the property yourself, as such we would work together to try and meet these requirements, endeavouring to ensure vacant possession.

 

During the Rental Guarantee period who will manage the property?

 

A: During the Rental Guarantee Galliard Residential Limited will let and manage the apartment, ensuring it is both tenanted effectively and maintained to the highest standards (accepting an element of fair wear and tear).

 

If Galliard Homes cannot let the property will I still receive the agreed rental value?

 

A: The Rental Guarantee amount is paid into the Clients' account irrespective of whether the flat is in fact let - the latter being a very rare phenomenon.
