Soho Wharf, a £165m urban regeneration scheme, has been successfully completed. Comprising 752 exceptional build-to-rent homes, owner Heimstaden Bostad, in partnership with developers The Galliard Apsley Partnership, marked this incredible achievement in 2023, just two years after breaking ground at the site. Encompassing an additional 10,000 sq. ft. of prime commercial space with 300 parking spaces alongside ample green and communal space, this remarkable development has been hugely popular with renters having experienced a swift uptake, further supporting the site's importance to the city of Birmingham. In addition, a brand new footbridge spanning the Main Line Canal at the site has recently been opened to the public to enable revolutionary access to the city centre and City Hospital from the waterways.

Belgrave Village, Birmingham, B12

Belgrave Village will give life to a new community in the heart of Birmingham. Once complete, this landmark scheme will transform over 12 acres of previously derelict Birmingham land into a new residential village and approximately 1,100 sq ft of retail space. This mixed-use scheme will produce around 438 eco-efficient new homes with a mixture of townhouses and one, two and three bedroom apartments. Located just off the Belgrave Middleway, the site has been designed by Franklin Ellis Architects and delivered by Wavensmere Homes, in partnership with The Galliard Apsley Partnership. Residents amenities will include a gym, screening room, concierge service and co-working space alongside green space. Homes are being built with energy usage in mind, with homes benefitting from air source heat pumps, natural ventilation and low energy appliances.
