Behind the Design at TCRW SOHO: Coronado Interiors
Meet Coronado Interiors: a London and Surrey-based property development and interior design studio recently selected to design a two bedroom apartment at TCRW SOHO. Following the release of our brand-new show apartments at this new landmark development in the West End, here we take a deeper look at the design of this unique apartment and catch up with the faces behind the design.
Having presented their proposed design in August 2021, many months of hard work and design decisions have resulted in a superb finished product which has now been launched to the market. Combining their expertise with the apartment’s skeleton layout designed by Nicola Fontanella of Argent Design, apartment 202 at TCRW SOHO presents 736 sq. ft. of elegant craftsmanship fit for a young professional or an ideal home-from-home for someone residing outside of London.

Who are Coronado Interiors?
Coronado Interiors are a well-established team of experienced interior designers with a flexible approach and an ambition to craft luxurious, unique spaces. Working on the TCRW SOHO project, Mel, Jonathan and Cheryl – a dream team with many years of experience within the interior design world – have created a sumptuous finished product that we are thrilled to present to prospective buyers.
About the Design
Being a high-end luxury development in London, the design of the apartments at TCRW SOHO offered an opportunity to create a space away from the busy streets of Soho that offered a slice of peace and tranquillity that is homely yet contemporary.
Speaking of Coronado’s approach to design, Mel told us, “It’s very much of a collaboration with our clients […] we want to produce a product that is high in luxury but at the same time really practical”.
Each room of this exquisite apartment boasts individual character that works harmoniously together. Inspired whilst on a buying trip, a stand-out wallpaper sparked much of the creativity that feeds throughout the apartment, with the colour palette, in particular, being born at this moment.
One of the focal design elements within the apartment is the bespoke sofa, dominating the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, and that is not only beautiful but comfortable and practical too. “We took the curves of the coffers and the walls, and we incorporated that curve into a bespoke sofa,” says Mel.
Despite the individual design elements that feature throughout, the team at Coronado Interiors wanted to leave much of a blank canvas for purchasers to put their stamp on things. This largely custom-made apartment enjoys many quirky design features that together create an apartment described by Jonathan and Mel as a “modern classic with good curve appeal”.
