I’m interested in a position that isn’t currently listed - what should I do?

We’re always keen to hear from talented individuals. If you don’t see a vacancy that matches your skills and experience, you can register your interest by sending your CV and a short covering note to our Talent Acquisition team at careers@galliardhomes.com. We’ll be in touch if a suitable opportunity arises.

What does the recruitment process involve?

Our recruitment process is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward. Our Talent Acquisition team will keep you updated at every stage of the process. Typically, it involves:
1.    Application review by our Talent Acquisition team.
2.    An initial telephone interview conducted by our Talent Acquisition team.
3.    An in-person interview with the hiring manager and a member of the Talent Acquisition team. 
4.    For some roles, you may be invited to a second-stage interview with a senior leader or head of department. This is a chance to meet more of the team and gain a deeper understanding of the role and business.

Do you offer work experience opportunities?

We’re always open to supporting those interested in gaining insight into the property and construction industry. If you’d like to be considered for work experience at Galliard, please send your CV and a short covering note to careers@galliardhomes.com, and our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch if suitable opportunities are available.

Do you offer Graduate and Apprenticeship opportunities?

We currently have apprentices undertaking programmes across the business, and supporting early careers are an important part of our people strategy. At the moment, we’re not actively recruiting for new graduate or apprenticeship cohorts, but we regularly review our approach and may open opportunities in the future. Where are your offices and projects located?

Our head office is based in Loughton, Essex, with site-based offices supporting projects across London, the South East, and Birmingham. We also have some developments in other parts of the UK. Each role on our Careers page will clearly state the primary location.
