Just a 10-minute walk from Canary Wharf, and designed with a distinctive visual twist, Baltimore Tower is nothing less than remarkable. Leading architects Skidmore, Owings and Merill have created yet another impeccable piece of architecture to add to their portfolio of experience. The visual illusion of the tower is due to each glass outer ring slightly shifting at every level by minute degrees, this also creates solar shading at all levels. Baltimore Tower sits 450ft above Canary Wharf’s iconic skyline, striking glass-fronted walls ensure copious amounts of natural light enter and provide residents with breathtaking views. The intricate exterior is matched by high-class interiors and exclusive facilities. This innovative building is the second phase of Galliard Homes’ Baltimore Wharf development.
