Galliard Homes Returns to SE1
Galliard Homes has long had an extremely familiar bond with SE1 and over the years the company has partnered up with Acorn Property Group to bring some of the most luxurious developments to the area. Our close relationship with the area started in the late 1990s, with flagship schemes including The County Hall Apartments, The Whitehouse Apartments and Spice Quay Heights.
Now, in homage to our historical relationship with this South Bank location, we have opened a “flagship” marketing suite on Tower Bridge Road. Here, our collection of brand new developments in SE1 are showcased, but there is also a lot to be learned about our past developments in the area and upcoming plans.

What’s in Store at the Marketing Suite?
Models of two of our most luxurious new developments – Trilogy, on Harper Road, and The Stage in Shoreditch – are currently on display at the SE1 marketing suite so prospective investors can get an insight into exactly how the buildings will look when completed.
Visitors will also be able to take a look inside a replica of a one bedroom apartment at Trilogy and find out more about this exciting new development.
One of the most interesting features of our marketing suite is the interactive map model. Created for the Bermondsey Street Festival, this light-up table shows everything that Acorn and Galliard have built in SE1, both in joint venture and separately. This presents an insightful opportunity to see everything on one map and learn more about our past, current and future developments in the area.
Best of all, the marketing suite is only 8 minutes’ walk from Design House on Long Lane and 18 minutes’ walk from Harper Road, where Trilogy is located. If you fancy getting a hard hat on and sporting a high-vis vest, a member of the sales team will escort you to these sites to take a look at the progress of the developments and get a feel for the surrounding area.
