A joint venture with CJ O’Shea for the conversion by permitted development of 150,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation into 342 residential units plus two extra new build floors atop at Westgate House, Ealing. This was the largest of PD schemes developed over the next three years, comprising 24 developments and almost 2,500 units.
