£750 million Shoreditch scheme

Cain Hoy teamed up with Galliard Homes to create a £750 million development in Shoreditch. The 870,000 square foot scheme, known as The Stage, is due to complete in 2020 and will offer luxury residential, commercial and retail space. The development will be crowned by a visitor’s centre themed around the remains of Shakespeare’s original Curtain Theatre from 1570, and the stage the Bard himself once acted on.

Harbour Central will transform a 2.65-acre industrial site into a new Manhattan style vertical village for Canary Wharf in a £550 million redevelopment programme. In a deal with Greystar a £207,800,000 stake was agreed to forward purchase 351 residential units.
