David Bailey Gallery opens at The Chilterns

Frogmore and Galliard’s anticipated Marylebone development, The Chilterns, opened its lobby gallery showcasing the works of world-renowned photographer, David Bailey, in the summer of 2016.

£750 million Shoreditch scheme

£750 million Shoreditch scheme

Cain Hoy teamed up with Galliard Homes to create a £750 million development in Shoreditch. The 870,000 square foot scheme, known as The Stage, is due to complete in 2020 and will offer luxury residential, commercial and retail space. The development will be crowned by a visitor’s centre themed around the remains of Shakespeare’s original Curtain Theatre from 1570, and the stage the Bard himself once acted on.

Harbour Central

In June 2015 Galliard Homes launched their latest E14 development in joint venture with Frogmore and Cain Hoy. Harbour Central will transform a 2.65-acre industrial site into a new Manhattan style vertical village for Canary Wharf in a £550 million redevelopment programme. In a deal with Greystar a £207,800,000 stake was agreed to forward purchase 351 residential units.

Great Scotland Yard

Great Scotland Yard

The former Great Scotland Yard is undergoing a complete interior transformation from the old Metropolitan Police headquarters into the ultimate 110-room luxury hotel. In 2015 Galliard Homes sold Great Scotland Yard to the Abu-Dhabi based LuLu Group who will take full ownership once Galliard Construction has completed the project.

Galliard Developments Ltd

Galliard Homes established a 50:50 joint venture with private investment company, Cain Hoy (now Cain International). The joint venture known as Galliard Developments Ltd is set to invest up to £225 million in new projects over three years to develop £1 billion of residential units. To date we have undertaken 30 projects with Jonathan Goldstein and his team.
