Wimbledon Grounds
Overview
Introducing Wimbledon Grounds: a 51,000 sq. m. mixed-use regeneration masterplan located on Plough Lane that will see the creation of a brand new purpose-built stadium for AFC Wimbledon, encircled by a residential scheme that will comprise more than 600 homes, including shared ownership housing by Catalyst. The site will also be home to all-new community, leisure and retail space, and is set to transform the town centre and surrounding area.
Galliard Homes is proud to present Stadia One and Stadia Three — two superb new residential buildings at Wimbledon Grounds. Forming part of the initial phase of the masterplan, Stadia One will offer an impressive 364 new-build homes, while Stadia Three will present a sensational collection of 114 one, two and three bedroom apartments arranged across seven storeys. Residents will enjoy premier specifications as well as access to private external space in the form of either a balcony or roof terrace, whilst lifestyle facilities will include an extensive hospitality suite within the adjacent stadium, retail facilities, plus a squash and fitness club. Two communal landscaped gardens will feature at the development while a new public realm with a dedicated cycle route will also be created as part of this exciting scheme.

Have you considered Help to Buy?
We do not provide mortgages or financial advice. Our mortgage calculator provides an illustration of possible monthly mortgage repayments. However, lenders have different lending criteria and different ways of calculating repayments. We recommend that you (i) obtain specialist financial advice on the type of mortgage most suitable for you and your individual circumstances; and (ii) obtain precise figures from your lender before committing to any mortgage. Please note that this calculator makes a number of assumptions in order to provide a quick guide. For example, it assumes that the interest rate on your mortgage will stay the same over the entire term.REGISTER YOUR INTEREST
