Burrells Wharf
Situated on the site where Brunel built the Great Eastern, Burrells Wharf is a spectacular conversion of Victorian warehouses. With mezzanines and double height windows exposing expansive views over the Thames towards Greenwich, Burrells Wharf showcases some of the earliest loft-style apartments in London.

Papermill Wharf
Galliard Homes was the one of the first developers to return to Docklands after the early 1990s property crash. Galliard Homes took Papermill Wharf to the market in 1993, with one bedroom apartments from £39,995. The response was tremendous and the development virtually sold out on the release weekend.

In the beginning
‘In the early 1990s, the London property market was finding its feet again and I was looking for my next challenge. I joined forces with the late John Black to see if we could take advantage of the emerging opportunities. Our first project was a development of 110 apartments in Enfield. The nearest main road was Galliard Road and so Galliard Homes was born.’
